We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the country. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package departs our warehouse.
How do I return a ceramic or glass item if it arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging our fragile home goods. However, if an item arrives damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging to receive a free replacement or full refund.
What is your return window for home decor?
We want you to love your home. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Are your kitchenware products food-safe?
Yes, all Servette Home kitchenware, including our ceramic canisters and salt and pepper shakers, are made from high-quality, non-toxic materials and are 100% food-safe.
